What to expect at your next appointment.
We are making several changes to the flow of our office to ensure the safest and most hygenic environment possible. The following changes will be noticed the next time you come into the office.
-
We will ask that you call the office and one of our staff will meet you at the door.
-
Employees and doctors will be wearing masks.
-
We are requiring facial coverings for our patients and their guardians.
-
We are limiting the number of people in the building at the same time. If we reach that number, we may ask that you wait in your vehicle to allow time to properly sanitize in-between patients.
-
We are asking patients to come to their appointments alone. Exceptions being for children, special needs individuals, or elderly needing assistance. At that point we ask only 1 additional person accompany them.
-
We have social distancing measures in place. We are asking that all patients stay a minimum of 6 feet away from other patients while visiting our office.
-
We are excited to help you select your new glasses, and ask that you allow our staff to assist you with frame selection. This will allow us to ensure the cleanliness of our merchandise.
We understand some of these changes may be difficult or uncomfortable. However, we believe that following the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the American Optometric Association is important to the health and safety of our families and yours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
